Our gourmet restaurant on the heights of Bouillon is located in the main house, it will invite you to discover tasty regional cuisine in a cozy and romantic setting.

Wim Philips, the owner and chef, will take you on a journey with Belgian local products combined with contemporary cooking trends. Angelique will be in charge of your well-being at the table.

Our bar, adjoining our gourmet restaurant, overlooks the gardens and offers a breathtaking view of the Château fort de Bouillon.  

Come and enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the sunlight streaming through its large bay windows.  

For the well-being of our employees and ourselves, we have changed the closing time of our Bar!

Weekdays : 10 p.m.

Weekend : 11 p.m.

When closing, we can serve one last drink in the room.

We are changing our hours
 

Lunch: from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. from Friday noon to Sunday noon

In the evening: from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening inclusive.

during the summer (except public holidays)
From September onwards,; the restaurant will be open from Wednesday evening.
